💛 Seattle Microsoft Technology Center grand opening event showcases cloud and emerging technologies:
💛 This week, Seattle-area tech users had a chance to immerse themselves in some of the hottest new technologies at the grand opening of our new Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) at Lincoln Square in Bellevue. More than 200 people turned out for the Sept. 14 event, where they enjoyed an evening of tech demos while getting to know the many people, services and tools offered by the new center. The MTC was created to empower people and organizations to achieve more with Microsoft Cloud, software and services, as Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president of the U.S. Enterprise & Partner Group, highlighted when kicking off the event. Product experts and technical architects behind emerging technologies ranging from HoloLens to the Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit were also on hand, giving tours of the brand-new facility and doing demos. Meanwhile, attendees stepped up to the Microsoft Device Bar for hands-on experiences with an array of the latest first and third-party devices including Microsoft Surface Hub.
