CLAIRE (SHE MAKES ME DO IT) XV
(Subtitled - first daylight)
At daylight, honey. I used to always close the blinds so we could never know whether it was daylight or neon light.
The window is open.
See the gray outside and see through my translucent darkness. Burn me and let there be light. For us.
Don't give up; I'm a flaming queer dear as we were always whenever near and I'm gonna fade into the ground and then like outta a silo skyrocket and THIS DAYLIGHT WILL BLIND US into seeing. My atomic boom boom.
And the rain will keep falling down. I've found a way to ease pains, maybe some of what you feel.
We're alone Claire, and lonelier are you as I go to the doc for alms. Calm, calm down. At least this is for sure:
We're not alone, Claire.
