Ma pratique personnelle a débuté par l'Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. Cette discipline exigeante m'a permis de me plonger dans le yoga corps et âme.
Très vite, j'ai commencé à sentir un changement majeur et au fil du temps une réelle transformation en profondeur.
J'ai assez rapidement suivi des stages plus avancés avec différents professeurs pour apprendre de nouvelles choses.
Puis est venu le temps où je me suis dit que si le yoga me faisait du bien, il serait intéressant d'apprendre à le transmettre à d'autres personnes.
Ma formation a commencé par une année universitaire où j'ai obtenu un Diplôme Universitaire de 'Yoga Adapté' avec la mention 'Bien' à l'univers

I was born in France about 30 years ago. Since then, I've been playing a lot of sports. I was the goalkeeper for the national ice hockey team and entered the freestyle BMX world championships. I also went to university and graduated with a Master degree in Sport Management majoring in marketing and communications. When I picked up the camera, I was naturally drawn to athletes and their environment.
