Exercises to Strengthen Attention Span/Concentration
I usually take these lists with a pinch of salt but I'm curious about meditation and mindfulness lately. I can be a huge skeptic when it comes to these sort of things; I think a lot of alternate therapies are a bit of a fraud, to be honest, and lack any solid research to back them up i.e. homeopathy.
Having said that, meditation is said to improve working-memory. But I never really understood what meditation actually is
Do any of you meditate? What is your method, and have you found it effective?
