I think Yoga is incredibly beneficial and would like to integrate some form of it into a daily or every other day routine, but I find it hard to remain focused while doing it. I have done it as a part of the P90X fitness program and other programs and there have been times when it has clicked but most times, I find myself just not enjoying it.
Any thoughts on to do yoga without getting bored?
