Very thought-provoking. For once, the first few replies I read immediately after were also truly helpful as well. http://jezebel.com/i-dont-know-what-to-do-with-good-white-people-1671201391
I get it that the absence of clear right answers makes helping from a place of privilege really confusing and uncomfortable. I also get that this being pretty well the limit of my exposure to the harm I'm trying to help fight is part of my privilege. I get that my social anxiety ramps that discomfort up quite a bit, but still doesn't outweigh my privilege.
I don't really know how NOT to keep asking "but what do I DO?!" but I can at least understand why asking, yet again, adds to the overwhelm on the receiving end.
