You know, I've pondered for a while that Facebook was, like the demanding little social apps they promote, a major drain on my emotional and cognitive resources even while I found myself glued to it for hours at a time. So much worse than any other social media site, though I'm not entirely sure why. Maybe the visual clutter is part of it.
The article I posted yesterday prompted me to reflect a moment, and I realize - I've been feeling more functional and energetic lately. Does this correlate to when I stopped allowing Facebook to eat up all my spoons?
