Just published a major study about the way that Google and Bing are directly answering questions in search. For example, if you ask Google "how many quarts in a gallon", it will answer that question directly, so you don't have to go to another web site to see the answer.
We found that Google answered the questions we asked directly more than 19% of the time. Pretty stunning when you realize that 2 years ago it would have done that 0 percent of the time. The big G is making tremendous progress!
