For me, one of the most fun things to do in our consulting work is to help companies make important changes. Successful companies can easily become victims of their own success. But, if we can help educate key executives, and help them embrace important changes, it's an awesome experience.
In parallel with that, this also feeds my passion for working with and helping teenagers make good choices in their lives. I am so busy in my business life, that I don't get to do a lot of this, but I always make sure to having something going in this area. Change is good - especially when it's the result of an improved view of reality.
