I had some reservations about posting this photo, but I felt the need to express what I am feeling about my entire ordeal I have been going through since the end of Sept. This photo show how some of my former co-workers thought when they saw me around the office. See I am no longer at the healthcare organization that let me go because someone placed an security call because they said I was being aggressive towards another co-worker when I asked a question and being the ONLY AA male in that office, I wonder why anyone would think I was being aggressive when I did not yell, curse, assault or anything but I was found to be aggressive and threatening and intimidating. All this person saw is what this picture reflects, The 6'4 270LB guy with a bodybuilder frame. They didn't see the husband, father, Air Force Veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, the College Graduate with both a Bachelor and Masters Degree, The guy who would give the shirt of my back to help anyone. NO what this person saw and I believe the majority of what people see of me is forever scratched on my soul. For the organization I used to work for to treat me this way when I had excellent performance reviews, the asked me to stay when i was going to leave, never did anything wrong but the leadership at AAMC saw me as this picture reflects.
