@johnmagana i've been thinking about what you said on poetryinmotion's thread about 'innocence'---looking younger, deciding to embrace it. Up until a few years i always looked at least a decade younger than i was. It annoyed the heck out of me cause in the circles i moved in a lot of people (men mostly---college-educated self-described 'intellectuals') were dismissive of women's opinions in general, a woman that looked young was taken even less seriously.
While some actor/poet friends helped bring out my playful side when i lived in Honolulu in the 70's..it was having my own kids that really unleashed creative playfulness.
Do what feels right for you here/now and ENJOY!
