[TW talking to radical feminists about sexual assault] When a radical feminist flat out says, "I don't care about consent," in the context of talking about sexual assault prevention... Which, you would think, consent is the most basic thing. But no, if the sex is too loud and not gentle enough, well, then it's sexual assault. Which is an odd marker for sexual assault, if you ask me. It leaves a lot of other sexual violence out of that definition-- which are counted when you use lack of consent as the sole marker. Anyway, good to know, I guess I'm going to have to pass on that boring lesbian orgy at the womyn's festival I was invited to.
