Game No. 015 — April 19, 2017
The Blue Jays ended the Red Sox winning streak in a rather odd game Wednesday night. Back-to-back fielding errors by third baseman Pablo Sandoval and first baseman Mitch Moreland in the third inning opened the door for three unearned runs to cross the plate, squandering what was an otherwise solid start from Rick Porcello. Mookie Betts struck out for the first time since September 12th of last year while the Sox were held scoreless for the first time since September 14th.
For every Red Sox game this season, we will be visualizing the final score. Our ground rules: scores must be posted before the first pitch of the next game and must represent the final score. New for this year: home games will be on a white background, away games on black, and the Red Sox will always be red.
