Game No. 033 — Tuesday, May 10
The Milwaukee Brewers roughed up Red Sox starter Kyle Kendrick on Wednesday night, charging him with six earned runs and the loss for just over four innings of work. Boston’s offense wasn’t silent, accumulating 11 hits, including a Jackie Bradley Jr. home run in the second, but the team grounded into three double plays over the course of the game, limiting their scoring opportunities.
For every Red Sox game this season, we will be visualizing the final score. Our ground rules: scores must be posted before the first pitch of the next game and must represent the final score. New for this year: home games will be on a white background, away games on black, and the Red Sox will always be red.
