Game No. 013 — April 17, 2017
The Red Sox closed out their homestand on a gorgeous Patriots’ Day morning with a win against the Rays. Steven Wright bounced back from a rough outing last week to earn the win, going six innings and striking out four. Boston was able to take advantage of some sloppy defense in the second inning to put up three runs, which would be put them in the lead for the balance of the game.
For every Red Sox game this season, we will be visualizing the final score. Our ground rules: scores must be posted before the first pitch of the next game and must represent the final score. New for this year: home games will be on a white background, away games on black, and the Red Sox will always be red.
