Foodhack:need a cheap quick source of Haricot Beans: buy a can of baked beans, put them in a cullender and wash off the horribly sweet sauce.
Midnight snack: heat a good shot of olive oil in a pan, fry some fresh sage in the oil add a teaspoon of flour and stir bind the oil. Add some stock, bring to the boil, lower heat and stir till the sauce is thick white and creamy. Throw in the beans from the trick above, Eat with round of white toast. A tuscan classic!
