Allow yourself to realise just exactly how much you're shutting off with that little screen, are your emails so important you need this barrier? Notice how you can't see where you're walking but feel the relief from straightening your spine.
Now keep your head where it is, enjoy your strong posture but let your phone fall to your side. Keep walking, and browse your environment. The internet will wait.
