Precious holder of the white lotus of compassion,
You have spread
Your profound wisdom
and limitless love
in countless acts
of generosity in this world
for all of us,
with never ending courage,
selflessly,
not close to some,
not far from others,
not indifferent
to the low,
the high,
to Buddhists,
Christians,
Muslims,
Hindus,
Sikhs,
Jews,
Baha'i alike,
to all,
the rich and the poor,
to the righteous
and those who failed,
you see the good in all,
you care for all,
you take them all into your heart,
you give breath,
you give happiness,
you give freedom
and enlightenment to all -
you've improved countless lives.
And everybody who just sees you,
knows that you are
what they've been looking for -
a place to trust forever.
You have given to the world
what no one,
except the fully enlightened
Buddhas are able to give or even to fathom.
Oh precious Lord
of wisdom and compassion,
unequalled virtuous friend,
please always bless our minds,
To follow you,
Wherever you go,
In whatever way
Your wondrous play of taming beings will unfold,
