This is a bit of a roundup of 2017, but more importantly another blog to scrape the SEO barrel.
I also hope this blog gives you an idea of my style and approach of being a wedding photographer.
I’m not going to blabber on about how wonderful all my wedding couples were but I’ve really worked with some very nice people over 2017. More and more I’m finding that couples are looking for just something a little bit different with their wedding photographs.
This is why you hire someone like me that shouts and prods you during your wedding day to make sure that we get the best, most engaging wedding photographs we can.
I found this year couples are more up for working during their couple portraits to try and create much more aspirational and engaging wedding pictures. This could mean we go to different locations or create some emotion and movement so the shots don’t feel staged and stiff.
Each couple I work with I gauge what their finished product should look like so I shoot and then edit the images in a way that represents their relationship together.
This makes sure that the client is getting exactly what they were looking for when they first hired me.
Throughout 2018 I’m really looking for engaging and up for it couples that are willing to step outside the box. I really think that there is a lot more we can do as wedding photographer to make wedding photography much more realistic, fun, engaging and something that stands out from boring every day wedding photographs.
May all your weight loss aspirations be fulfilled in the New Year. My mantra for 2018 – it’s never too late to get your shit together.
