A native of the East Coast, one of my first memories when I moved here in 1982 was the boardwalk at Venice Beach. There, I saw rollerskating guitar players, punks eating out of trash cans, palm trees and teeshirts. So many to-the-point and colorful graphics captured in my head so long ago havefinally manifested in this series of work.

Edith Meijering (@poespas)
"Life is a dream, and that dream is real."
With a strong confident moving hand and a-typical colours this gifted Dutch Painter,
Edith Meijering (1962) seems to show us a mirror that creates questions about the Human Condition.
She loosens and stirs, searching for “the picture behind the created image”.
By combining several forms of expression and reality, the artist reacts on the boundaries between reality and fiction with authenticity and role-playing games.
As if she embraces the dark side of the psychological condition of the mind of mankind and combines this with all the ideas and mixed feelings about cultural acceptations.

Samuel Vanderveken (@droomerland)
The works by Samuel Vanderveken often thematically revolve around 'the absurd'. This is expressed in scenes, either figurative or abstract, where everything seems possible, in an abundance of colors and shapes. Pleasantly chaotic or with a hint of madness. The images are kickstarted by an experiment and evolve into an idea, or vice versa, as if the artist finds himself on a crossroad, where any direction seems valid. Although the works have meaningful titles, there is still room for the imagination, interpretation and wonder.

I am a Sao Paulo based artist into street art, asemic writing, mythic subconscious, geometric abstraction and good beats. email@example.com.
The relationship between geometry and the accidental can be seen as one between order and chaos, fragmentaion and rebuilding. It is these realtionships that underpin my work. In nature, growth structures are geometric; nature geometricizes to rebuild in each cycle. The process of fragmentaion of traditional narratives and their reincarnation as part of a hybrid culture has always been my artistic fascination as a inhabitant of two extremely diverse and globalised cities: London and Sao Paulo.
