So, a little bit about me: I am a writer living in Brazil (that's the official title I give myself). But I always had a passion for design and digital tricks. I started using Adobe as my tool for learning and creating digital art. Recently I descovered the Affinity software and ditched the Adobe monthly fees. A new wave of creativity stroke me and now I am on Etsy, hoping to get my digital printable art out there in the world (and help my family have a better life quality in the process).
Thank you for visiting and please, come again!
PS: I am so sorry if my eanglish is not o good.

I derive my figurative work from the most pregnant moments, the kind that oscillate between ordinary and extraordinary, and embody sensations as well as instill them. Just as there is an instant between reception of sensation and comprehension of its meaning, a held breath, there is a moment in a work’s development that teeters in between becoming and being. This threshold moment, a resonating tension, drowns out a logical pedigree as well as a point of documented arrival. Instead it may only be self explanatory by its penetrating effect: felt of the body.

Danny Augustine (@dannyartist)
Danny Augustine's drawings take us on a trip through his unconscious, each picture an intuitive expression of his past and present, of memories and experiences, of external and internal impulses, of 24 hour news.
His evolving drawings grow out of a random movement and into a more articulate expression of his being, an unknown landscape that he traverses, bringing us with him, each image born out of memories and experiences and 24 hour rolling news; the Syrian civil war, the earthquake in Nepal, the posturing of North Korea.
