Kinda gave myself a goal to drop 25 by the start of hockey season in mid-October. It's a no-lose scenario, really, as I know I'll still be riding, but I just put a number behind it. That'd put me at an Under X number and I'm perfectly ok with that as a first real "goal"...
I kinda wanted to wait until I had some momentum before I said, 'hey, here we go.'
