My leg hurts. I just ate. I've been hitting the workouts all week. Just a few of the many excuses convincing me to NOT workout that were swimming in my head last night.
And, they almost won! While my dinner digested and I relaxed a bit after a full camp and @martialartsadvantage day I caught some @americanninjawarrior. I tell you what, the stories they share on that show are absolutely inspiring!
So, what did I do? I didn't quit! I got up and pushed play on my workout. And...I CRUSHED IT!
