It's Monday and it's time to 'power up', got that from my lawyer friend except her version is 'lawyer up' LOVE IT.
So I mentioned this week I have felt like my Instagram has been a little heavy, but realistically my life has been ' a little' heavy.
I have spent some time on myself, debriefing and re piecing.
I have always been that super star energised go getting human that needs everything done right and everything done right now. I have realised yet again the unnecessary pressures that I place upon my shoulders. Sometimes ( although bloody hard) I need to throw challenges to the wind and let the angels place the fate.
There is one person I have always admired and on Saturday morning while I had my coffee rather than flicking through my phone whilst watching the kids tv show like I normally would, I switched the TV onto what hubby and I call 'normal' tv ( that's shows we don't get to watch because our tv is ruled by 2 small humans). And there she was @roxyjacenko .... an interview with the Morning Show.
Roxy was asked a number of quite challenging questions and not once did she shy away from telling her truths, RESPECT!
Anyway, for a moment I saw vulnerability. She was talking about the challenges of 2016. Every time a question was thrown at her about her ability to keep going through the challenges she was met with she said ' she had no choice'.
And this is why I love her!
She kept going. Each time she was faced with dilemma, she kept the ship moving forward.
And that's it, everyone has challenges but it's how we view them and overcome them that truly matters.
She also said that she didn't feel like her issues from 2016 were big issues in comparison.
I actually think this woman could rule the world!
She inspired me to POWER UP and keep chugging forward xx
Happy Monday beautiful people 💙
