It's #NationalCakeWeek and I thought I'd throw something down... Ever since a young age I've been indulging and eating/drinking whatever I wanted, there was no-one there to say stop or change my intake. You're all probably aware of what happens when you do this type of thing and your eyes become bigger than your belly, well, your belly quickly catches you up.
I ballooned up to about 17.5 stone - didn't feel especially great but was still positive, it's only in recent times that I'm becoming more aware of what I put in my body - and it ain't all doom and broccoli gloom; it's all about awareness and moderation. If you want a bit of cake, just don't eat the whole thing.
Overall - enjoy life, indulge, but stay healthy.
Lastly, after exploring the life of running I've dropped down to a tidy 15.2 stone and feel fucking awesome 🤘
