The love for photography goes back to my studies in architecture. Roaming around the city, getting lost in the diversity of streets and entering new urban territories to find hidden spots are my ways to stay inspired and to reignite my creativity for new projects.

I am a self taught American photographer with a unique style and unconventional take on selective subjects which is reflected in the creation of photographic arts using a variety of cameras, formats and lenses. The focal point of my photography is the unseen, the ephemeral, and the emergence of world under the mysterious and ever-changing sky.
My influences are multiple spanning from painting and sculpture, via philosophy - mainly the hermeneutics of thinkers like Heidegger, Vattimo, Gadamer, Arendt and more - to photographers as different as Eikoh Hosoe, Shomei Tomatsu, Shoji Ueda, Daido Moriyama, Masahisa Fukase, Kikuji Kawada, and Ikko to Magnum photographers.

In my search for visual forms, I consolidate the exchange between my personal gaze as an artist, and the narrative contained within the subject. What I look for in this narrative is the representation of not only a catharsis, but also the revelation of a hidden identity. It is not the pose, product of training or repetition.
My method is simple: to stimulate irrationality in gestures, in pauses, and in poses. It is almost the same process as with a performance, but above all, it is the final result of automatism. The pauses in my latest installments of Void reflect the absence of control or its natural opposite; control in
