Goal - The Road to 42K Marathon
Day 1 was a good start.. Experienced pain on both thighs! NO PAIN NO GAIN!
Day 2: Calisthenics and core exercises - later today...
Plank: hold for 20s x3
Side plank: 20s x side x3
Pushups: 10 drops (x Miks kneeling pushups)x3
Ab wheel or barbell roll 15reps x3
. 1 after the other without rest (as a circuit) then rest 2minutes and then repeat.
