One of the big arguments against Measure 92 is that it will be expensive for manufactures (and also farmers some how) to get separate labeling equipment and also to sort out and package separately products destined for Oregon.
Why can't they just put the new information that will be required on Oregon labels on ALL of their products regardless of their destination? Then they would just have to reprogram their existing equipment. I don't think they will get in trouble for having more information than is federally required.
Companies are just afraid of people actually knowing what is in their food.
