Shibuya Hachiko scramble, complete with old 三千里薬局 neon sign. This was the last neon sign to survive here and has since been replaced with the traditional LED screen, which now shows advertisements all the time :/
All kinds of weirdness going on here. Fuji Sensia 400, I think. The camera was panned on a tripod and a slow sync / rear curtain flash was used to give everyone a spectre-like look. I tried entering this in a photo show but failed to place, and ended up giving the print to a coffee shop.
