This piece is obviously inspired by Baba Yaga, but the main character who lives in the walking house has been replaced with the chicken-legged slavic house spirit Kikimora (who is also sortof me), and the house is wearing as my printmaking teacher called it, "sensible shoes." The house is based on the front room that had the great privileged to live in in Pacific Heights in San Francisco. (It was a room left-over by the division of the old house into other apartments - and it had windows on three sides - terribly cold for most, but perfect for me - a light-loving cold-tolerant Coloradan!)
I sold many of these prints at SFAI's concentrate, and I have or can custom print more! Message me for price and shipping considerations.
