I’m having a big cookout tomorrow for the 4th and I’m looking for some grilling tips. I can’t grill a burger to save my life. I do ok with about anything else, but I ALWAYS ruin my burgers. My burgers either come out extremely rare, or extremely over cooked. I use a gas grill. I always let it get extremely hot before I put them on. I flip only once. Last time I did burgers I cooked them 10 minutes on each side and they were STILL under cooked! What am I doing wrong?
