I have to say, I am very very proud of the inaugural cook of my Wagner #5 8" Cast Iron Skillet, as I made a brunch of bagel sammiches, cooking the canadian bacon and the eggs in this pan, first time out, with NO issues.
This pan is slicker than snot on a doorknob, and even the cheese that melted off of the side of the canadian bacon at one time or another was no match for the slickness of this little gal! My partner saw how well she was cooking eggs and is now determined to use her instead of our other generic nonstick skillets!
I am such a proud mama! :D
