Don't judge by what you see, you don't know what it's like to be me. The stories kept deep down inside, the scars I try so hard to find. Trying so hard to find peace within, a soul trapped and covered in sin. Things I've seen that you'll never know, not knowing friend from foe. Don't judge by what you've been told, I've seen things that make blood run cold. Innocence stolen from a sweet little girl, mind and body in a raging whirl. The desperation of a single human being, a man so strong and he was phening. You never know what people hide, what the keep on their inner side. Don't judge simply on looks, some of their stories could write books. A boy lost in his own mind, a mind that's truly one of a kind. Powerful thoughts both happy and sad, sometimes thinking drives him mad. Smile on the outside for people to see, he just wants to be set free. Imprisoned in your own head, sometimes wishing you were dead. Cries from the inside no one hears, the quiet sound of silent tears. Hanging on by a single thread, constant memories of what's been said. Don't judge by what you see, you don't know what it's like to be me. One young girl they call a whore, she's so scared for what's in store. A fetus growing on the inside, she just wants to run and hide. Father gone, no where to be found, a crying baby is the only sound. Two girls lost, alone and scared, wishing someone out their cared. Don't be so quick on how you judge, don't be the one to hold that grudge. You never know the stories that go untold, the things inside that people hold.
