Well, look at this. I guess I'm doing something right.
R.L. Stine gets up, reads the paper, starts writing around 9:30 a.m., writes 2,000 words and finishes by 2:30 p.m. I do the same. I get up, get my coffee, scan some literary news, study new words I picked up from reading last night, start writing around 10 a.m. and am done by about 2:30 p.m. (with about 2,000 words if it's 1st draft or about 1,2K words if it's any draft after).
I'm on the same schedule as the kids horror genius.
There is hope for me after all.
