DEAR LITERARY GENIUSES AND WORD CONNOISSEURS.
I NEED YOUR CRITICAL EYE ON THIS BOOK SUMMARY, PLEASE.
The Badlings, my latest novel, is in the final stages of getting prepped for being published. We're designing the cover, and here is the first stab at a blurb that will go on the back:
"Of all the naughty, mischievous, disrespectful, and downright mean things that children can do, being a badling is, perhaps, one of the worst. Badlings abandon books without finishing them, leaving their characters sad and lonely - not to mention angry. Enter Bells, Peacock, Rusty, and Grand, four hodgepodge young friends guilty of this heinous crime. Mysteriously sucked into a book found by their favorite duck pond, they must traverse through the patchwork expanse of stories as punishment… and try to survive the journey."
