Happy Coming Out Day!
For those of you who don't know, I'm queer! And open-loving. I have identified as queer since my early twenties, which makes that 20+ years of being out and proud.
There are a lot of things to come out about. But today I will limit my coming out to my sexual and gender identity, in honor of the brave souls who paved the way.
Come out if you want to, if it's safe for you to do so, if it inspires you and emboldens you. If it makes you feel stronger, more truly seen, more in yourself.
There are legions ready to embrace you.
