Jeremiah 29:12 says, “Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.”
There is no right or wrong way to pray. Praying to God doesn't have to be eloquent or well thought out. It can be you expressing your feelings. It can be you confessing your sins. It can be you praising and thanking Him. It can be you blubbering and sobbing incoherently.
God knows what you mean. He knows every one of your wants, needs, desires, fears, obstacles; He knows it all. He just wants you to talk to Him about it. He wants you to rely on Him and trust in Him.
You don't have to be afraid or intimidated. Prayer is just a conversation between you and your Father, and He is always there and always listening. Just make sure the conversation is open and honest.
