@Toddberger: Good Day, Mr Todd Berger. I believe you and Mr Paul Budnitz are the Founder Members of Ello.co.
When Ello.co was just starting up in 2014, I was one of your earliest members. Either you or Mr Budnitz welcomed me personally back then, which was very friendly and cheering. I began to build my account. Suddenly, I found myself locked out. The site refused my usual login details and asked me to fill in a Captcha. Only, there was no Captcha image and there was a notice saying that there was a problem connecting to the server. It asked for the email address registered on my Ello account, which was a Yahoo id, (since shut down because of security leaks on Yahoo). It refused to accept it. After several attempts to contact Ello Management and explain my problem, I regretfully abandoned the account.
I gave the site time to settle down andI see it has. I opened a new account a few days ago, but this time, there was no enchanting welcome from either of the Founders. I guess Ello has grown too big for the personal touch now.I have been posting a lot of truth videos, because that's what I do. I am a Truth Reporter.
Suddenly this morning, the old problem of 2014 reared its ugly head again, and again I was confronted with a Captcha-less page asking me to fill it in and submit it to prove I am human. I assure you, I AM human, not A.I., or E.T. After several attempts, and just as I was wondering if I should abandon the account a second time and never return to Ello, the robot suddenly accepted my email and login details and let me in. This is a serious bug. Could you please, as a favour to all your users, update your Captcha robot?
In case this happens again, could you please let me have an email address, or a Twitter handle, or some point of contact, so I can contact whoever is in charge of complaints and have it sorted? I really would appreciate a reply to this, Thanks awfully. iLuxe.
