Another of my quilts. To populate my feed here on Ello ☺️ and cause I've been feeling too poorly to sew today...
I made this one for the special Red & White exhibition at the Sydney Quilt Show last year. It's the second #ChuckNohara quilt I've finished, based on Chuck Nohara's Symbol Quilt. The block designs are in her book 2001 New Patchwork Blocks. I was fortunate that Michele Turner agreed to work her quilting magic on it, she retired afterwards to further her science career. It won first place in its category and will be hanging at the Australasian Quilt Convention in April with other Red & White quilts selected from the exhibition.
