On a warm summer day, sun shining, 90 degrees, not a cloud in the sky... less than ideal conditions for photography, but a perfect day to play in the river... we set out to do Eloise shoot that would return her to modeling with us after nearly 3 years.
Eloise is a lovely young lady... smart, and witty, and charming... but also adventurous and excited to create some fun photos for us to share here on our website, but also on our new BentBox presence.
We had scouted out a location that was unfortunately occupied on this particular day. So we had to improvise. We drove along the river hoping to find a spot that would give us easy access, that would also afford us some privacy. After 15 minutes of driving, we stumbled onto it... we parked, and gathered our things and headed down to the river.
What we discovered was a beautiful stretch of river that had both shallow and deeper sections, and a perfect vantage point for some high angle shots!
As we started getting ready.... uh oh.... was that a car door slamming? Shoot... we're not going to be alone after all... but then no one came down the trail... so we resumed shooting.
Our first shoot was a sensual interpretation on an Ophelia theme. It is part of a series of images I'm putting together to create a collection that will eventually become a book.
Eloise is amazing. Our work together previously was more fun and playful... which she seemed to gravitate more toward. But our shoot today would be more sensual and sultry... and Eloise met that role perfectly. She can seriously bring the sizzle!
