HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS?
The world has become infested with people who are constantly judging us and never-ending at pointing fingers and instead of finding faults with oneself they intentionally blame the person right next to them. This has in fact made us inhumane not to mention inconsiderate at what we do. Therefore, the population is at a loss and demented when they find themselves always in fixed point with their lives. This in fact is what I would like to call stress (in my own view) People are so preoccupied with criticizing other individuals that they haven't the slightest clue as to what to do with their lives. Whether it is to the boy in the street, the young couple, the married, the celebrity or even the young. Today our world has been twisted sick to torture and put each other down in many ways.
How do people deal with this crap?
"We are all human beings, walking on the same earth, pumping the precise colour blood as the person walking past us on the street. However, we still take a large portion out of our daily lives to judge other human beings. I find this to be a relatively controversial subject due to the strong, set in stone beliefs that the major part of our society possess."
Wherever you may go, whatever you may do people love malicious gossip and deadly rumors, it sources food and feeds people who are bored out of their whims. (Caution: We ALL gossip) it may not hurt what you do, but it surely defines what you are striving to and gives a lot of definition to your character.
Advice I could give is best let it happen. Whether you like to call it karma, the universal backlash or maybe even a kindness returned in favour. We can never stop judging because it is a part of being a human trait. It has been written in our DNA.
So, let's get back to the topic "Stress." What is stress? How can it be defined? This definition has a lot of different characteristics and answers per your 'stress.' However, mine is being criticized wherever I go.
"At the end of the day, we are all people making mistakes. But how can we judge people for making mistakes that are different to ours? They are all mistakes at the end of the day, aren’t they? Yes, the consequences for certain mistakes are more severe than others. But who bares those consequences? The person that made the mistake, or the one that judged that human being for making the mistake?"
The way society judges you is based on three common traits:
ReligiouslyCulturallyMorally. It never questions your loyalty on any other reasoning. It bases you on three situations. But how can you be defined as righteous? No one is 100% perfect and flaws are all about perfection. You want to know what stress is? Stress is trying to fit into a world where there are no leaders, but similarities. Quit, trying to impress those who do not deserve to know the real you.
Take a step back and see the world. We are all the same. WE ARE STRESSING TO BE THE SAME. Has any one of us thought to stress on being different. To stress and strive for leadership? Are we blinding? Watched your colleagues lately? Seen the way they act? Stress is this nonsensical idea that we must compete in this world to be the best (so people will talk about us) what is the use of trying to be the best? Why not eradicate this feeling? People who are revolutionary stand away from the crowd; and yet we want to be the same old fools walking down a path of deathly blindness. Stressing is wrong, why should we? Be different. so, you may be the revolutionary light that everyone would follow. This is contemporary stress. This is what it means to be stressed, to me. We are so often judged that we forget the little things that make us happy. Happiness does not come in everything that we have, but those mini things that we forego in trying to achieve success because people often talk. Again? Why stress to be the same? This is the notion of how people deal with stress and it is wrong. STOP! Take a break and enjoy being different. You want my advice? Stress to be different. NOT the same. Deal with it the right way, all your anxieties, stress and fears will surely disappear. Stress less on the now. Stress more on differences.
