Lately I've been rocking tons of glitter that I'm starting to believe that I'm becoming a glitter whore lol. Anytime I wanna just do something "simple" I end up adding glitter to the look and then there's no going back.
To achieve this look is very simple! All you really need is a red shadow and red glitter.
As always, down below I listed all the products that I used for this look. I even mention how I keep the glitter in place/how to remove the glitter from your eyes safely.
D E T A I L S 🔥
•Skin Prep - I like to cleanse my skin by washing my face with warm water and using my Burt's Bees Royal Jelly. Love this stuff so much it cleanses my skin removing oils and dirt. (Perfect for removing makeup at the end of the day as well.)
After washing my face I'll then moisturize my face with a new product that I've been using which is the e.l.f. Nourishing Night Cream. Yes, night cream. It's super hydrating which I love acts as a good primer. Not only that but I do put some on before bed waking up with perfect plump hydrated skin.
•Foundation - L'Oreal infallible pro matte foundation + Almay SPF foundation. I usually don't do this, but I mixed two foundations together making a foundation cocktail.
•Contour/Bronzer - I like to go in with a cream contour using my contour kit by Covergirl in shade Deep. Then after blending it out on my nose, cheekbones, and forehead I'll then go back over the cream contour with with a bronzer by e.l.f. to make everything more defined.
•Blush - Mellow Yellow by Wet n Wild
•Highlight - Wet n Wild in the shade Crown of My Canopy (LOOOOOOVE THIS HIGHLIGHTER OMG)
•Translucent Powder - Covergirl
•Lips - NYX in the shade Club Hopper (I love this shade so much it's like the perfect rusted red/brown)
•Brows - L'Oréal
••*•EYES - OKAY, for the eyes in my crease I used the shade Hematite from the bronze palette by Kylie Cosmetics.
Leaving the rest of my eyelids with open space I used eye lash glue from Salon Perfect and placed it on my eyelids in the open space. After applying the glue I then applied the glitter Red Ruby by Cupcake Glitterz on my lids on top of the glue.
Under my lower lashes I dipped into my Morphe 35S palette and used the red shimmer shade for my lower lash line.
For my water line I used the white eyeliner by Maybelline.
•Lashes & Mascara - You all should know that I only rock my favorite lashes by Salon Perfect in the style 615. These lashes take my breathe away every time I apply them. Then I apply some mascara by Wet n Wild.
Okay, eyelash glue probably isn't the safest for applying glitter to the eyes, but we all have our preferences. I really like to use Salon Perfect eyelash glue because it removes easily, especially with the glitter. Once I'm ready to take my makeup off I'll literally just start picking at some glitter on my eyes and then all of it will come off in one pull because the glitter is all glued together. So all that's left to clean up on the eyes is the eyeshadow. Cool huh. 😎
