The ever-changing Brand. Namics.
Weeks ago, we visited Namics and were impressed how employee involvement impacts the corporate culture. This brand experience was created eight years ago and it’s still running.
At that time, we translated the Namics employee’s high degree of co-determination into a radical new corporate design concept. Employees can submit keywords via various channels that will contribute to a dynamic word brand that forms the company logo. Through participation the identity reflects their company’s culture and each employee makes the company unique.
The dynamic identity consists of several words that come from employees. It's a random stream of expressions, ever-changing and reflecting trends in a digital world. It is able to reflect a consistent brand experience for Namics while still staying credible and new at all times.
Similar to the internet, Namics is in constant change. This is also true for the new corporate design. The appearance is steered by the content. For the production of printed products, the concept offers endless opportunities with terms from the internet.
