Heyo Ello, Curators Helena Acosta & Miyö Van Stenis have put together a very timely and perceptive show that addresses the paradox arising in our dual desires for networked sociality and individual privacy. In April they will be exhibiting artists’ works, including my own, that will live on hacked routers connected to an independent and anonymous network off of the Internet. To fund the purchase of routers, and also in the spirit of new paradigms, to pay their artists for participating, the curators are asking for donations to their Kickstarter. Please visit this page link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/654271308/beautiful-interfaces-the-privacy-paradox?ref=project_link and give what you can. Many thanks and hope to see some of you in April for BEAUTIFUL INTERFACES: THE PRIVACY PARADOX, Opening Thursday, April 14th at REVERSE, W 25th St, Chelsea, 7pm -9pm.
