Not even a month had passed since the incident with the orchids and the citizens of Isochronus were becoming agitated again. In order to heal the illness that had befallen many of the Isochrons, the tea made from the Inclining Star Orchid had to be taken consistently 8 times a day. However, recovery was painstakingly slow and even the slightest miscalculation in dosage and timing would set patients back in their recovery, which many citizens resented.
To make the distribution and consumption of the cure easier and more enjoyable for her people, Queen Horatia commissioned a Tea House to be built in one of the valleys where the forest used to be. They discovered that to yield the most potent cure, the tea had to be prepared at high humidity and since so much tea was required to cure the citizens, they decided that it would also be beneficial for the Tea House to sit at a high altitude in order for the water to boil faster. To create these conditions, Queen Horatia ordered her workers to flood the entire valley and a small Tea House perched precariously on stilts was built in the middle of the water.
