"Give me twins, I'll make one a Nobel Prize winner and the other a serial killer. "
Take a look at the people around you: Are they sporty, successful, full of life force. . . ? Or rather overweight, without joy of life? How old are these people, in what physical condition are they, are they professionally satisfied or are they just working because they have to fill the refrigerator? Are they happy people, how is the partnership and how often have they divorced? How do they deal with their partner? What assets have they built up and how? The exciting thing is, we are the average of the five people we spend most of our time with. This is not fate. You don't have to accept this. If you want more out of life than you have, you have to change your environment. Unless you don't want to change anything and you're happy as it is.
Many people say: "Stay as you are!" No, don't stay the way you are! Develop yourself. If you stay the way you are, you will stop and learn nothing new. It is in our nature to develop and advance our minds. Therefore, set yourself new realistic goals and develop yourself constantly. But also enjoy the time of rest and use this time to reflect. There are people, when they enter a room, they illuminate that room. And there are people who light up the room when they leave it. Don't let your motivation take away, because basically we are motivated if we have a clear orientation and don't let ourselves be discouraged.
This photo series is intended primarily for people of my age, who are also in their early twenties. To all people who wonder why they are the way they are and why not different? Which people have influenced you? Which environment has affected you? How far did your parents' house influence you?
One and the same girl is shown in the photo series 10 times. 10 times the same person, 10 times different. This girl has developed due to many influences to what you can see on the individual pictures. "Clothes make the man" - you can never know a hundred percent of a person's entire history from their appearance, but certain characteristics can still be recognized. This was already the case with youth cultures back then. Teds distinguished themselves from Mods, Scooter Boys, Hippies and New Romantics. Everyone had his outwardly recognizable characteristics to distinguish and distinguish himself from others and also to identify his group membership.
The focus is on the ever-changing silhouette of the girl's clothing. Therefore the pictures are photographed in black and white and in front of a white wall. The environment should not distract from clothing and styling.
For each outfit the make-up and the hair of the model is suitably changed. The following characters are shown: Punk, Daddy's Girl, Homeless, Drug Addict, Skater, Party Girl, Sporty Girl, Influencer, Teachers favorite, Carina Meurer.
