I'm not much of a TV show watcher the last many years. Oh sure, I can sit down with a season or two of The Simpsons on DVD without distractions have me hitting the pause button too often, but newer shows that are all the rave, I tend to back burner them.
My list of shows I want to watch grows by the week, which is as often as my friends say "have you seen.....?" With me responding, "let me add that to my list."
Orange Is The New Black, Breaking Bad, Transparent, Catastrophe, House of Cards, Daredevil and many more sit in the Netflix or Hulu queue, occasionally getting an episode or two taken off the list.
Mr. Robot is the most recent show that is all the rage. But instead of putting it on my growing list, I decided to give it the instant watch status but starting it last night.
Episode 1.0 got me hooked. The characters and story line are good. One of the only tech shows where they obviously did their research and use legitimate hacking scenarios. Perhaps this is what drew me in. Well that and Christian Slater playing the title character.
Only 9 more episodes to watch. Distractions be damned.
