Earlier photos were mostly taken on the excellent Olympus Pen F with the 17mm f1.8. My last shots on the Pen F were around March 2021 when I switched to Fujifilm. After an impulse buy of a Fujifilm XF10, I then purchased an XE3 with a 35mm f1.4 (the ‘magic’ lens). I then added an 18mm f2 and subsequently the 28mm F2.8 pancake lens. The larger sensors of the Fujifilm cameras does make a difference when the images are enlarged. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the pictures. Those with the $ sign can be purchased at PicFair.

R P J Crichton was born in Scotland. While still a youngster he and his parents migrated to Australia in the '60s on the old £10 scheme.
He finished his schooling in Australia, and was indentured as an apprentice in auto engineering. He later studied electronics as a hobby interest at a tech college, and subsequently earned a degree from Flinders University. He currently works and lives in Canberra as an IT professional.
His interests include the Australian folk scene with a fondness folk dancing and music. Some of his favourite authors include Thomas Harris, Stieg Larsson, Arthur C. Clarke, Douglas Adams, Iris Murdoch, Tim Winton, and Arundhati Roy.
