I mentioned it in my linkwrap this morning, but this Citi HR seating piece really is extraordinary. People always get such basic things wrong:

> people from speaking too loudly? to major — How can we be open
> and collaborative if people are separated by specialties?
Where you put your stuff and how you avoid shouty neighbors are critical to how you work and whether you like or hate it. That "major" issue is super dumb.
