Evanna Lynch posted a short video on the dairy industry and it got me motivated to go vegan for a week to see if I can do it at all reasonably with all my food allergies. We'll see!
Going Vegan for One Week:
~Tea without milk (as I have found no substitute I can stomach with all my nut allergies)
~Delicious stir-fried veggies and tofu for breakfast (made with leftover veggies from my hubby's Indo)
Now I'm waiting for the installers so I can have a fully functioning stovetop again. That will be awesome.
